Not only did the staff go above and beyond in accommodating our needs, but they also displayed a remarkable level of attentiveness. One particular standout moment was when I misplaced a sentimental item, and the hotel staff tirelessly searched and eventually found it, showcasing their dedication and care for their guests. The air conditioning in the room was a godsend, especially during the hot days in Ha Long. It provided a comfortable and cool respite after a day of exploring the beautiful bay. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, including Dove body wash and head and shoulders shampoo, a thoughtful touch that added to the luxurious experience. The mini-bar in the room was well-stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks, although slightly pricier than supermarket prices, it offered convenience and indulgence. the terrace outside our room was a serene oasis, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea from the electric kettle provided, while overlooking the stunning views of Ha Long Bay. In conclusion, Paris Of Dragon Bay truly stands out as a gem in Ha Long, providing not only top-notch amenities and facilities but also a level of service that is unparalleled.
